Smart Label

A Smart Label is a printable label containing an embedded RFID tag. Label converters typically produce labels in rolls containing unprogrammed tags. The end user then prints human readable data and/or barcode data on the label and programs the tag using a printer / encoder device that closely resembles a conventional barcode label printer in external appearance.
